ChairFill uses a small number of essential cookies (and similar local storage) to make the service work. These are always on, because without them you cannot stay signed in. We don't sell your data.

We also ask, separately, whether you are happy for us to measure how people find ChairFill, using Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. Those only load if you press Allow on the banner, and nothing is set before you answer. If you say no, or ignore it, they never load and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner ask again.

What we use

Authentication cookies that keep you securely signed in (provided by Supabase); security cookies that protect against fraud and abuse; a cookie remembering your language choice; and local storage for small interface preferences (such as dismissing setup tips or the intro animation). These are strictly necessary or preference-based and don't track you across other websites.

Payments

When you pay or subscribe, Stripe may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. See stripe.com/privacy for details.

Managing cookies

Because our cookies are essential to running the service, disabling them in your browser may stop sign-in and bookings from working. You can clear cookies and local storage any time from your browser settings.
