Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ChairFill, operated by ChairFill Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17280709). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ChairFill provides booking and business-management software for independent professionals and studios. We aim to keep the service available but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are £7.99/month (individual) or £14.99/month (shop, unlimited team members), after a 7-day free trial (card required at signup; billing starts when the trial ends). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Online payments

If you enable online payments, customers pay your full service price plus a flat £1 ChairFill fee per online booking; your price is paid out to your connected account via Stripe. You are responsible for honouring bookings, your own pricing, refunds and any applicable taxes. ChairFill is not a party to the service you provide to your customers.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, use the service lawfully, and only upload content you have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChairFill is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
